Dear Jim and Andy, Just a note to let you know how much we are enjoying the new windows. In all the years we've been married, I can count on one hand the times where the product or service we received was as good as the hard earned money we spent. Your windows definitely fall into this small select category In the seventeen years we've been in this house, this is the first winter where we've been able to open the drapes up and let some light in. In the past we have always had to keep the drapes closed to preserve heat, so I have to say just how pleasant it is now to be able to open them up. In closing, I would like to tell you how enjoyable it was having professionals like yourselves in our home. We both admired the efficient tam concept you employ and how meticulous you were during installation and cleaning up afterwards. I can see now we're not going to be happy until we have all the non-hail damaged windows replaced as well. Sincerely,
Eric M. Siegal, M.D. 1/2/97 Dear Jim and Andy, Just wanted to let you know how pleased Jeanne and I are with the work you did on our house. One reason we'd been waiting to replace our kitchen widows was our inability to find window salesmen who did not come off like used car dealers. Your no-pressure, honest and straightforward approach was really a breath of fresh air The quality of the installation is superb, and the windows look terrific. Jeanne (who is quite particular about these things) was shocked and gratified to find that your left the kitchen spotless. Please feel free to show this letter to potential customers, who should be aware that you in no way solicited this letter from us. I'd be happy to speak to anyone who has further questions. Happy New Year, and thanks again

Messrs. Jim Everhart & Andy Nyman Dear Jim and Andy, It's a rare occasion when we feel moved to write a letter to people who do contract work for us. But this occasion, when you've finished an outstanding piece of work installing new vinyl widows in our home, your work just had to be noted with a letter! When we were talking to people who do installations of this kind we were particularly focused on finding people who had a commitment to excellence and came across as high-quality individuals. As we all know, and songs have been written to emphasize, good men are always hard to find. We were concerned with those criteria every bit as much as with the cost of getting the project done. A long-time friend told us about you, as you know. The project has worked out as ideally as any we've had the pleasure of taking on. You both worked well with us back in March to outline a series of options, and the one we chose has every indication of being an excellent solution. The new windows look wonderful, operate easily, and provide far better heat and sound insulation than those we had. Furthermore, you were confronted with a difficult job replacing a set of windows that themselves we replacements and had been installed like insets in a fortress - and doing the whole project quietly and thoroughly with no loose ends for us to deal with. So, we feel fortunate to have found you and we've had fun working with you. If we decide later to replace the rest of the "old" windows here, we'll contact you gentlemen first to do that. We wish you every success and hope we'll see you around the community. Thanks for the outstanding outcome! All the best to you and yours,
